Dr. Talha Khan

Halcyon Health
Specialties:Family MedicineSports Medicine

Description

A native New Yorker, Talha spent the early part of his career on the East Coast but now brings extensive expertise as a primary care sports medicine physician to Southern California. At Halcyon Health, he will head the sports medicine service line and keep a panel of his own patients. He is dual board certified in family medicine and sports medicine. He is certified in musculoskeletal ultrasound (RMSK) by the Alliance for Physician Certification and Advancement. His clinical interests include musculoskeletal ultrasound, regenerative medicine, the evolving science of longevity (aka Medicine 3.0 as championed by Dr. Peter Attia) and the impact of mental and emotional health on our well being. Outside of work, you’ll find Talha enjoying the beach, cooking and eating all kinds of food, browsing bookstores, practicing gratitude, but most commonly spending quality time with the people he loves.

I had a great appointment with Dr. Khan. Probably one of the best visits I've had with a doctor. The practice didn't really feel like a doctor's office, it's one of those cash-based subscription type practices but the price is super reasonable (especially compared to what I saw places charging for telemedicine only visits). Make sure you ask for him though, I don't think all the doctors there do this stuff.
